Dear Sir or Madam:
I am writing to you with a complaint about the change in Neocate Infant formula. The new gold label version has given my daughter chronic diarrhea, restarted her episodes of reflux again that have been gone for months and is causing her to lose weight.
My daughter, Star, has been taking your yellow label Neocate Infant formula via feeding tube, since Nov. 12, 2002, until we had to start using the gold label last week. The yellow label Neocate Infant was the only formula that she could tolerate with her GERD, food allergies and absorption issues.
I am begging you to start selling the original yellow label Neocate. My daughter's life depends on it. If you want to see for yourself what the original Neocate Infant can do, visit our website www.OurTownUSA.info.
The new Neocate does dissolve better, but that is hardly a fair trade for chronic diarrhea, severe reflux episodes, lost weight and sleepless nights that it also gives. You would not put your own child through this torture, please do not do it to my little girl, she has been through enough already.
